Subway Surfers Iceland
Subway Surfers Iceland is an endless runner version of the classic Subway Surfers, but with some very new and exciting innovations. Here, you'll explore a stunning winter landscape with icy and snow-covered tracks.

Pretty cool, right?
In this version, the familiar chase is still the heart of the game. You’re sprinting through busy tracks, dodging trains, barriers, and all kinds of obstacles like usual. The winter theme throughout this version makes everything feel like a winter wonderland. Snow blankets everything, and icy landscapes stretch along the way as you explore the city.
Culturally Inspired Update
This version focuses heavily on designs inspired by Nordic culture. Characters wear beautiful and warm winter outfits, and the ice skates perfectly complement the theme, making it truly special. I always feel a bit more motivated to play when there are unique rewards to unlock—it gives each run a bit more purpose.

Tips for quick improvement
Focus on survival first
When I first started, I made the mistake of chasing high scores right away. It’s way better to focus on staying alive. The longer you last, the more coins and experience you naturally collect anyway.
Stay in the middle lane
I’ve found that sticking to the middle lane most of the time really helps. It gives you more time to react, and it’s much easier to dodge obstacles by quickly moving left or right when needed.
Use support items wisely
Some power-ups can really save your run if you use them properly:
Jetpack → easily the safest, since you’re flying above everything
Super Speed Boots → great for big jumps, but the landing can catch you off guard
Coin magnet → super helpful for collecting coins without risking your run
The key is not to panic—stay in control when they activate.
Save coins
Early on, I used to spend coins on random things, and I regretted it later. It’s smarter to save up and invest in upgrading power-ups or unlocking useful skateboards.
Always have a flying skateboard ready
This one’s a lifesaver. A flying skateboard can protect you from crashing, especially when things get chaotic. I like to save mine for those moments when everything starts moving a bit too fast.
Look ahead, not at your character
This took me a while to get used to, but it makes a huge difference. Instead of watching your runner, focus on what’s coming ahead. Your reaction time improves a lot once you do this.
Complete missions
Missions are more important than they seem.
Don’t get distracted by coins
Coins will appear everywhere along the way, but they are not always valuable because sometimes they are placed in dangerous locations. I’ve learned it’s okay to skip a few if it means staying alive longer.
Play frequently (short sessions)
From my experience, playing in short bursts works way better than long sessions. You stay focused, improve faster, and avoid that frustration that comes from playing too long in one go.
